Art Nights Theme: 'The Devil'. We explored various ideas about the origin of evil, and my own song played with the idea of 'complacency' as being a definite root of evil. Here, a relationship falls to pieces through a lack of care and passion. Musically, it is heavily influenced by Howl-era Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. It inverts some of Leonard Cohen's most celebrated lyrics at its end.
